Garlic

The 2026 garlic season features 7 different hardneck varieties. We were suprised in the different heat and flavor profiles during our tasting experiecne. We tasted each one raw and then roasted in olive oil, and the experiment yield our choices for roasting garlic vs. raw applications. Out top raw recipes include pico de gallo and pesto.
