A bunch of 4-5 red beets. Honestly, I just went with the variety recommend for market farmers. Beets are not a passion vegetable for me, Yet. But since they have proven very hardy in the propagation house and grow perfectly in that space under my trellised tomatoes, they are one of the first items on the market. Planted last and ready on day one. These beets are definitely a winner.
